9. SHIPPING POLICIES
At shipping policies of Alqemam Trading, we're committed to meeting delivery times. Therefore, if you're not present to receive your order on the day it arrives, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the door of the address provided. We know how important this is to you and that you wouldn't want to wait until the next opportunity to receive it.
At Alqemam Trading, we want to ensure that your order is delivered within the agreed timeframe. If we need to contact you with any updates on your order and we are unable to reach you within a week, we will process your refund if you need. If payment was made by credit card, PayPal will request a reversal. If payment was made by debit card, we will send the refund to your account again. Or we will offer you a special discount code or voucher that you can use in your next order, will send it to your Email.
